Rioja Rosado 2024
Dry, fresh profile with red berry fruit (strawberry, raspberry), a touch of citrus, and a savory edge. It has more structure than a Provence rosé but keeps that vibrant acidity.
-
Sauvignon Blanc 2023
Rare and distinctive take on the variety—fresh, aromatic, and aged briefly in old oak barrels for added texture and minerality. It combines citrus, tropical fruit (melon, pineapple), floral aromas, and bright acidity.
-
Como Lo Haria Mi Abuelo 2021
Literally “As my grandfather would make it”) is a traditional carbonic maceration red wine from Rioja. It's made using whole grape clusters (not destemmed), fermented in open concrete vats — a nod to the old-school methods used by previous generations. It’s crafted with a blend of Tempranillo, Garnacha, Graciano, Mazuelo, and Viura, producing a fresh, fruity, medium-bodied wine with silky tannins, vibrant acidity, and a touch of citrus and red berries on the finish.
-
Rioja Reserva 2020
Classic, barrel-aged red wine—typically made from Tempranillo, possibly blended with Graciano or Mazuelo, and aged for at least 12 months in oak and additional time in bottle. It shows ripe red and black fruit, vanilla, cedar, spice, and earthy complexity, with well-integrated tannins and balanced acidity.
