Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeo and Roussanne. Beguiling bouquet of wild herbs and
dried fruit and a supple palate of apricot and peach with saline undertones. It pairs well with
seafood especially the local delicacy of anchovies.

La Pinede, Collioure Rouge 2019 - 19
65% Grenache Noir, 30% Mourvèdre and 5% Carignan hand harvested and vats vinified. Baked
autumnal fruit scents and a core of garrigue berry flavours supported by fine grained tannins. It
makes a fine partner to warming stews and daubes.

Banyuls Reserva NV - £24
'Réserva' is a sweet, red Banyuls wine - a classic blend of Grenache Noir, Grenache
Gris and Carignan. It has a spicy, dried fruit, pluminess, rather like a tawny port.
Banyuls 'Réserva' is raised in the open air in spherical glass bonbonnes. Much more
than just a dessert wine, this Banyuls has a raisin and red fruit bouquet and a
succulent, sweet palate of figs and stewed Autumnal berries.
