For this month wine dinner, we are heading to the Awatere valley in the southernmost region of Marlborough, New Zealand.
The climate in the Awatere tends to be more extreme than other parts of Marlborough. This unique location is the coolest and driest with very hot days followed by cold nights. This weather and types of soil create wines with more intense varietal character, vibrant acidity and deeper fruit flavours than elsewhere in Marlborough.
As usual, to complement the wines we will have fantastic dishes such as Seared Cuttlefish, Salsify & Crab Bisque paired with Wild Sauvignon and Grilled Lamb, Aubergine & Pomegranate Jus to accompany the Pinot Noir.
The Crossings Vineyard brand ambassador in the UK will be present on the night to talk through the food and wine pairings as well as tell the story of these amazing vineyards.

The dinner will be £49.50pp for all four courses with wine pairing.
We will open as usual at 5.45pm and booking are available throughout the night until 9:45pm.
