In 2016 Cigalon is hosting a 4 course & 4 wines dinner on the 4th Tuesday of the every month showcasing a particular domaine from the South of France. On each occasion we aim to have a representative flying over to present the wines and speak to guests throughout the evening.
Head Chef Julien Carlon and Chef Christophe Gravelot will also be presenting a series of new special dinners which showcase either a particular ingredient or classic regional dish – expect great food, some superb wine pairings and inventive cocktails from Led &Franck at Baranis too.
