Cigalon serves authentic Provençal dishes which are full of flavour and use only the freshest ingredients. Our menus adapt and change each month according to what is in season, whilst new daily fish and meat specials are prepared on the large grill which takes centre stage in our open-plan kitchen.
Our team is led by Marseillais Head Chef Julien Carlon and Chef Christophe Gravelot who work with trusted suppliers from across the South of France and the UK to guarantee the best-tasting and highest quality produce available.
